Pinnacle Arbitrage Compliance is a "startup" national accounting and finance services firm that provides a suite of arbitrage rebate services associated with bond issues, including rebate calculations, yield restriction analysis, and more. As a business being spun off by a global accounting and professional services firm, Pinnacle needed to launch its business and begin servicing customers from day one.
Business Pressure
Critical to the success of its launch, Pinnacle needed a business partner to lead its infrastructure planning, implementation, and support. This included the establishment of crucial business systems and the ability to access those systems from remote locations around the country.

To help this client achieve its startup goals, Our Infrastructure team leveraged its breadth and depth of expertise in IT infrastructure and security to plan, design, and implement the local and wide area network services, security services, and server infrastructure required for the business to operate effectively and establish an online presence.
